Series TTFK

Three-phase K-factor isolation transformer

Series TTFK

Three-phase K-factor isolation transformer

Three-phase transformer with galvanic isolation between primary and secondary, with electrostatic screen, for installations with a high level of harmonic distortion:

The "K" factor is a constant that indicates the transformer's capacity to supply non-linear loads (e.g. induction furnaces, motor variable speed drives, rectifiers, data centres...) and withstand harmonic currents without exceeding its operating temperature.

They do not filter harmonics and prevent overheating in the windings.

Features

  • Eliminates the risk of accident in case of single-pole contact.
  • Oversized windings reduce the additional losses caused by current harmonics.
  • Anti-flash treatment to protect against humidity, dust and corrosion.
  • Optimised enclosure to promote natural air circulation.
  • Grain oriented magnetic core to minimise losses and vibrations caused by harmonics.
