The customer/user authorises their processing for the purposes indicated. The personal data provided are very important to us, for this reason we wish to inform you about the privacy policy of Torytrans.

The personal data provided, of which the client/user is the owner or legal representative, are incorporated into our computerised management database or paper file. At the time of registering this data, Torytrans is responsible for them and consequently we apply all the means at our disposal to treat them with the utmost confidentiality, avoiding their loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorised access.

Who is responsible for your data?

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

How do we obtain your data?

Requests for information that you send us require the interested party to voluntarily provide us with the data necessary to be able to attend to you or provide you with the Services. To which recipients will your data be communicated?

In general, Torytrans will not pass on your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly authorised us to do so when using our services.

In order to fulfil the purposes foreseen, your data may be communicated to Organisations or persons directly related to Torytrans, Tax Administration; Domain Registrars, Administrative Managers and Public Administration with competence in the matter.

By accepting the Conditions of Services, you expressly consent to these transfers. If you revoke your consent, we will no longer be able to provide you with the Services.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Torytrans processes personal data concerning them. In particular, you can exercise the following rights with Torytrans :
