This is the only internal information channel of Torytrans and the preferred channel for the communication of the aforementioned irregular or illicit behaviour.

This channel must not be used for:

• To make proposals or suggestions.

• To communicate aspects related to the management of data protection rights.

• Other types of requests (e.g. product complaints, job portal, employment enquiries, etc.).

In any case, it is strictly forbidden to submit communications made knowing them to be false or without having reasonable grounds to believe that the information referred to is true at the time the communication is made.

All communications will be treated in the strictest confidence and in compliance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection.
