Series TAC3
Harmonic compensating transformer
Series TAC3
Harmonic compensating transformer
Three-phase transformer with galvanic isolation between primary and secondary for harmonic filtering by magnetic cancellation of homopolar harmonics.
Incorporates electrostatic screen between primary and secondary.
Features
- Eliminates the risk of accident in the event of single-pole contact.
- Allows the supply of single-phase loads in networks without neutral.
- Fully impregnated to protect against moisture, dust and corrosion.
- IP20 terminal connection protects against direct voltage contact, up to 25kVA.
- Common mode noise attenuation ≈-45dB for >1 kHz
- Differential mode noise attenuation ≈-30dB for >1 kHz

Uses
For general use as isolation transformer and circuit isolation.
For voltage change as a step-up or step-down to adapt the voltage between the grid and the equipment in photovoltaic inverters.
Protection of equipment sensitive to electrical disturbances in telecommunications centres, data centres, backup and computer servers.
Generation of our isolated IT or neutral-to-earth TN-S and TN-C systems to prevent unwanted tripping of earth leakage circuit breakers.
