In TORYTRANS, a leading company in the design and manufacture of transformers, autotransformers, inductors, etc., we are looking for a Design Engineer for our work centre located in Almagro.
What will you do?
Design:
- Calculation and design of inductive components.
- Product specification according to customer requirements.
- Specification of materials.
- Continuous improvement of product and materials.
Manufacturing:
- Technical monitoring of product manufacturing and prototypes.
- Preparation of technical manufacturing documentation.
- Scandalling of materials/manufacturing operations.
Testing:
- Management of test specifications for prototype validation.
- Prescription and validation of individual product tests.
What do you need?
- Degree in Electrical Engineering/Industrial Electronics and Automation.
- 3 years experience in a similar position.
- 2D and 3D CAD skills (preferably AutoCAD, Inventor).
- Knowledge of Matlab and Mathcad.
- Handling of Solidworks and PDM.
- ERP ‘SAGE2000’.
- Magnetic and thermal finite element simulation (Femm, Ansys...).
- Circuit simulation (type Psim, Simulink...).
- B2 level of English.
- Residence in the province of Ciudad Real.
Valuable:
- Master's degree in power electronics or electrical systems.
- Knowledge of power electronics converters, with special interest in modulation techniques.
- Knowledge of the operation and design of transformers, autotransformers and inductors.
- LabVIEW test system programming.
- Additional training in power electronics, electrical systems and static electrical machines.
