Development of EOL station for serial characterisation of inductances and LC filters.

Torytrans is a beneficiary of the subsidies of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla - La Mancha: Programa Innova - Adelante

Project incentivized with a grant co-financed by 80% by the European Regional Development Fund.

Project objective

The main objective of this project has been to develop the capacity to perform test batteries on inductances and LC filters in series on its own manufacturing lines.

This development improves the performance of Torytrans in its production work, since it achieves:

  • Optimize the consumption of energy resources, having a more environmentally friendly system.
  • Reduce the number of stops, reducing costs and time in the factory.
  • Flexibility in the operation of the test benches, which are traditionally laboratory equipment with limited production capacity.

Results:

The new test bench is capable of performing complete functional tests quickly and efficiently, allowing Torytrans to characterize its equipment one by one.

In this way, safety levels have been increased, while ensuring compliance with manufacturing parameters, offering products with certified quality, not only in terms of standards but also empirically.

Funding agency

Co-financing of the project by both the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha and the European Union through the ERDF.
