- Compliance with customer requirements, reflected in the quality of our products and the application of the necessary measures to minimise and correct any negative impact on the environment that may be caused by our activities.
- To comply with current legislation and regulations, the requirements of international reference standards and other commitments subscribed to by the Organisation.
- Establish objectives consistent with the improvement of processes, the well-being of the community, the prevention of pollution and the preservation of the environment.
- To consider environmental aspects in all phases of the development of the activity in order to minimise the adverse effects produced by them, to promote a rational use of resources and to prevent pollution.
- To train and raise awareness among staff at all levels, establishing the appropriate channels of communication and participation among all members of the Organisation.
- Toachieve customer satisfaction by capturing their needs and expectations, acting at all times with professionalism, ethics and transparency.
- To periodically review the degree of effectiveness of the Integrated Management System implemented to identify the organisation's weaknesses and strengths in order to implement the necessary actions and improvements, to detect opportunities and to be able to face possible threats in the environment.
The Quality Policy shall be communicated and implemented within the organisation and made available to relevant stakeholders.
